FUN AND PLAY
THE OVAL
For more than fifty years, our central Oval Fountain has embodied the heart of our community. Residents can enjoy outdoor events year-round at The Oval, such as movie screenings, carnivals, concerts, free fitness classes, and much more. During the summer, residents can lounge on the Adirondack chairs or soak up the sun on our lawn. During the holiday season, it houses our beautiful Christmas Tree and Hanukkah Menorah display. Additionally, an NYC Greenmarket sets up shop right inside StuyTown, on the south end of the oval near the 14th Street Loop. The StuyTown Greenmarket brings the freshest local produce, baked goods, and more right to your backyard.

PLAYGROUNDS & ATHLETIC COURTS
StuyTown boasts 15 playgrounds and athletic courts, including five themed children's playgrounds with state-of-the-art play equipment and the most advanced safety features. Our 80 acres also offer a wide range of sport, athletic, and recreational facilities throughout the property including over five basketball courts, five paddle tennis courts, four bocce courts, a volleyball court, and turf playgrounds.

COMMUNITY CENTER
StuyTown's Community Center is a second home for residents, offering social, cultural, health, and recreational activities. With a modern and easily-accessible space, residents always have a fun place to go and meet people within the community who share similar hobbies and interests. Community Center events range from movie nights and art classes to game nights, support groups, and much more.
SHOP LOCAL
GREENMARKET
The StuyTown Greenmarket is your source for food straight from local farms, which produce certified Organic and specialty vegetables, farmstead sheep and cows milk cheeses, fresh caught fish, preserves, pickles, organic baked goods, and more. The StuyTown Greenmarket is open to StuyTown residents and their guests only, so you won't have to worry about your favorite stand running out of the food you need. The market sets up shop right inside StuyTown near the South Side of the Oval every Sunday from May through December from 9:30am-4pm.

PETER COOP'S SCOOPS
Ice cream is always a good idea. Especially when it's Sugar Hill Creamery doing the serving at Peter Coop's Scoops with handmade, small batch ice cream and non-dairy frozen desserts in original and seasonal flavors inspired by Caribbean and Midwestern cultures. Be sure to stop by the retro ice cream truck, located within StuyTown, to pick up a treat and cool down. Peter Coop's Scoops will open May 2nd at the 14th St Loop behind Playground 12. Hours: Mon - Thu: 3-9pm Fri - Sun: 2-10pm
