Our Departments

Our Cultural Responsibilities
  • BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR

Above all else, we're kind, helpful, thoughtful, and respectful to one another. We put others before ourselves, give credit where credit is due, take responsibility, and always deliver on our promises.

  • DO THE RIGHT THING

We make the right decisions when no one is looking, considering our teammates, our residents, our community, and our investors - even when it's the more difficult option.

  • HELP OTHERS WIN

We support one another by leading with humility, leaving our ego at the door, and taking a genuine interest in the hopes, dreams, struggles, and talents of those around us.

  • BETTER TODAY THAN YESTERDAY

We strive to be 1% better every day and make learning and growth a priority because we know small, consistent improvements over time lead to meaningful change.

  • BE YOURSELF

We honor one another's differences and appreciate when people come as they are. We act as allies by ensuring all voices are heard, everyone is treated equally, and everyone feels like they belong.
