Our Community

For 70+ years, StuyTown and Peter Cooper Village have been home to thousands of New Yorkers. Find out why so many have chosen to call our 80 acres home. StuyTown, and Peter Cooper Village sit on the east side of Manhattan between 14th Street and 23rd Street. They are bordered to the west by First Avenue and the east by the East River. New Yorkers have been renting apartments here for more than 70 years.
