Cycling

Stuy Spin

Our take on SoulCycle, Stuy Spin is a beginner friendly, low-to-moderate intensity cycling class.  With upbeat songs to keep you going, you’ll find yourself building your endurance and strength as you power through sprints and push through sticky hills.

Power Ride

For those of you looking to take it to the next level, Power Ride is our more advanced and intense cycling class at StuyFitness. Blaze through high-energy sprints and steep climbs in a rewarding workout that will leave you humbled and drenched.

Pilates

Regular

If you’re looking for a great sweat at a low intensity, opt in to one of our Pilates classes.  These workouts focus on building your control, alignment, flexibility, and endurance, using rings, balls, bands, and weights to help you do so. Whether you’re a first timer or Pilates pro, these classes will leave you pleasantly sore and stronger than ever before.

Mat Pilates

In comparison to our regular Pilates classes, Mat Pilates is more bodyweight focused.  Through performing slow and controlled movements on the mat, you’ll find yourself improving your posture, balance, flexibility and strength.

Yoga

Open level Yoga

For those with little to no experience in Yoga, our Open Level Yoga classes are great for teaching you the basics. Centered around gentle Hatha and deep restorative work, these beginner-friendly classes are calm and relaxing, perfect for those looking for a nice stretch and new ways to improve their mobility.

Gentle Yoga

Our Gentle Yoga Classes are another excellent option for first timers to consider. Characterized by breathwork, gentle flows, and guided meditations, these classes focus on practicing mindfulness and improving flexibility.

Yoga Flow

A step up from our Open Level classes, Yoga Flow is an all-level class combining meditation work with basic flows.  Learn the ins-and-outs of new poses as you work to strengthen your mobility, flexibility, and control.  For beginners, it’s the perfect way to grasp the fundamentals of yoga without diving headfirst into the deep end.  For our more advanced yogis, it’s a great class to focus on your alignment and fine-tune your technique.

Power Yoga

Power Yoga classes crank up the intensity even further. While moving through dynamic Vinyasa flows, your muscles will burn and shake. Yet with practice, you will soon be gliding through these poses with a new sense of strength and tranquility.

Yoga Sculpt

As if Vinyasa flows weren’t challenging enough on their own, Yoga Sculpt classes make these exercises even harder by adding weights to the mix.  You’ll work through classic yoga poses, weighted movements, and high-intensity cardio bursts as you challenge your physical and mental stamina.  Each class is guaranteed to help you build your endurance, strength, flexibility, and control, so come prepared to get a great workout in.

Barre

Regular Barre

Have you ever wondered how Ballerinas stay in such great shape? If you take one of our Barre classes, we assure you’ll find out. These classes are fundamentally inspired by Ballet barre movements, incorporating barre and mat exercises to give you a holistic workout experience.  Combining these moves with Pilates, yoga, and strength conditioning exercises, our Barre classes will tone your physique while building up your strength, control, and flexibility.

Cardio Barre

The more upbeat version of our regular barre classes, cardio barre involves more cardio-intensive exercises that are moderate in impact.  In addition to increasing your strength, control, and flexibility, you’ll see your endurance improving over time as you master your ability to perform lightweight barre movements and fat-burning, high-energy exercises

Kickboxing

Kickboxing fit

If you’re looking to focus on form and technique, then put your wraps on and join us in a Kickboxing Fit class. These workouts will guide you through a series of intricate drills and combos, helping you build your strength all while getting in a great sweat.

Cardio Kickboxing

Suitable for novices and pros alike, our high-energy Cardio Kickboxing classes are sure to put your stamina to the test.  Coaches draw upon martial arts, core strengthening, and cardio calisthenic exercises to bring you workouts that build muscle while burning fat.

Kickboxing Conditioning

For those of you looking to kick it up a notch, hop into one of our Kickboxing Conditioning classes, the most advanced and intense of the three options. Workouts incorporate cardio calisthenics and bag work to help you build your core strength and condition your physique.
