- - Receive 1 year of free wifi and cable on select apartments at StuyTown and Peter Cooper Village.
  - Additional services and premium channels are available at resident’s expense. Free services available for 1 year from lease start date only.

Gift Cards:

- - Normal hold times apply – Lease Start Date must fall in July
  - Excludes transfers
  - Limited time promotion and subject to change
  - Gift card rewards must be redeemed within 90 days of receiving the e-gift card or the reward code will expire. Once activated, your prepaid reward will expire after 6 months. You must use within 6 months. Unredeemed or unused amounts will be forfeited if not actioned within the timeframes above.

- - To qualify for these promotions, (1) a new lease for the apartment must be signed and (2) first month’s rent must be paid for the apartment.
  - Offers only valid for new residents and do not apply if any current resident resides in the new apartment, for as-is leases, or apartments that rent through the affordable housing program.
  - These are limited time promotions. Management reserves the right to discontinue or modify the promotions at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.

  - Residents pay a $34.88 monthly fee per A/C unit ; subject to annual adjustments determined by the Division of Housing & Community Renewal.
